Kim was born and raised in Canada. After attending 'THE' Ohio State University and getting married, Kim moved to Scottsdale in 1998 and started a family business of high-end retail consignment furniture, accessories, and clothing in Gainey Ranch, which she transitioned into a design and staging business in 2004. Kim's eye for design and detail has always been her gift.
Passionate about making homes beautiful, Kim moved to real estate-a natural fit for Kim's skillset. As a highly communicative Realtor, Kim's business has grown successfully and consistently thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their referrals to friends, family, and neighbors. Kim's success is also attributed to her ability to deliver results, enjoyable home searching and selling experiences, and provide her clients with white-glove service. Kim has extensive market knowledge and unmatched devotion to her clients, making each client feel like they are her ONLY client.
Clients appreciate Kim's flexibility, low-pressure sales approach, patience, ability to listen and hear what they want, sharp negotiating and analytical skills, and her ability to strategically price and market a home.
In her free time, Kim loves to spend time with her family and friends, work on never-ending home projects, garden, repurpose old things, volunteer, travel to the beach, and hike with the family sheep-a-doodle dog, Frazier.
You need a partner who knows the neighborhoods, the market and the process. Who can advise you when to think on it, sleep on it or go all in on it. Because this is about much more than bricks and sticks. This is about your future home. And you don't want to live with it. You want to love it.
